What to Bring for Enrollment Check-in
Please prepare the following items according to the Registration Procedure Form for International Students.
Tuition fee must be paid firstPlease complete the tuition payment before coming to the Office of International Affairs for enrollment check-in.

Student Visa CopyA copy of the visa used for study / entry, as applicable.

Health Certificate for Residence ApplicationVerified by the Taiwan (ROC) overseas mission; Indonesian students: X-ray film; Vietnamese students: measles vaccination card.

DiplomaVerified by the Taiwan (ROC) embassy / overseas mission.

Overall TranscriptVerified by the Taiwan (ROC) embassy / overseas mission.

Admission LetterPlease bring your admission letter.

Scholarship Documentation (if applicable)Taiwan Scholarship: MOFA / MOE; Asia University Scholarship: A+ / A / B / C.

Financial StatementPlease prepare the financial statement used for enrollment review.

Language Proficiency CertificateTOEFL iBT / IELTS / TOEIC / TOCFL. IFP students are exempt from providing this item.

Two 2-inch Head PhotosWrite your Student ID and name on the back of both photos.

Declaration of Group InsurancePlease prepare the required declaration form.

Declaration for International StudentsPlease prepare the required declaration form.

Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment for International StudentsPlease prepare the required authorization form.

ARC (if already issued)Bring your ARC information if available; short-term exchange students should follow the on-site staff’s review when ARC is not applicable.
Information that will also be verified on site
Name exactly as shown on your passport, Student ID, contact number, email, department / institute, nationality, identity category, degree, entry visa / permit, date of entry into Taiwan, and—when applicable—ARC number and next visa extension date.
Final document acceptance is subject to review by the Office of International Affairs staff.
